Note: Pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide Order dated February 5, 2021, RECTPCL (transferor company) has been amalgamated with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (“RECPDCL”, formerly known as REC Power Distribution Company Limited) (transferee company), with Effective Date of February 6, 2021 and Appointed Date of April 1, 2020.
