We have been assigned the mandate by Government of India to foray into financing the Infrastructure & Logistics sectors in addition to the Power sector. The broad areas targetted are Transport & Logistic (Road, Ports, Airport, Railway,  Metro etc), Water & Sanitation (Solid waste management, Water treatment,  Irrigation etc), Communication (telecommunication, data center etc) and Social &  Commercial Infrastructure (Educational Institution, Sports Infrastructure, Hospitals,  SEZ, Industrial/ IT park etc). The priority shall be for self-sustaining revenue model.  Further E&M works in respect of various other sectors like Steel, Refinery etc can also be considered for funding by REC.

Interest rates

Very Competitive interest rate at par with the present market rate scenario, depending on the strength of the promoter and the project.

Tenor

Long term tenor upto 85% of economic life (15-20 years) can be provided base on the merit of the proposal and structured repayment can also be provided based on the requirement of the project.
